He completed his housemanship at Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital, Nnewi, and his National Youth Service at General Hospital, Biliri.
He worked in the Accident and Emergency unit at Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital in 2007 before starting a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital, Enugu in 2008.
He conducted research on cold coagulation vs cryotherapy for treating VIA-positive women, which was presented at various conferences.
His interest in Assisted Reproductive Technology led him to Nisa Premier Hospital, Abuja, where he trained under Dr. Ibrahim Wada and later became the Clinical Director at Nisa Prime Fertility Centre, Port Harcourt, performing over 2000 IVF procedures.
In 2019, he founded Pink Petals Fertility Clinic in Enugu, aiming to reduce the stigma of infertility through accessible and affordable assisted reproductive technology.
